ARMM Public Works and Highways Secretary Emil Sadain (4th from left) leads Monday, July 1, the inspection of the ongoing road reconstruction along a portion of the Narciso Ramos Highway in Barangay Itil, Balabagan, Lanao del Sur. The 6-million project, funded from the agency’s 2012 savings and expected to be completed by year-end, includes the repair and widening of the 135-meter road and construction of a drainage system that will offset damage rendered by heavy rains that left the road in a condition as shown in left photo.
